System Layout and components
- Hybrid inverter charger. Charges the battery and supplies battery power during a power outage
- Solar Panel: Generates electricity from the suns radiation.
- Battery Bank. Stores energy for use during a power outage
- Automatic voltage switcher (AVS): Protects the inverter from Grid under voltage and over voltage.
- Manual changeover switch: For bypassing the backup system and use KPLC power directly
- Consumer units: Distribution power to different loads
